মাথার ক্যানসার (Head Cancer)

মাথার উপরেও ক্যানসার হয়। আস্তে আস্তে বড় হইয়া উপরের দিকে শক্ত গোলাকার হয়। আবার কখনও বড় ও বিস্তার হইয়া টুপির আকার ধারন করে। এতে চাপদিলে স্পঞ্জের মত মনে হয়। কখনও কখনও তুল তুলে নরম হয়, যাতে ফ্লুইড জমা হতে দেখা যায়। বেশির ভাগ ক্ষেত্রে এনসেফালয়েড জাতীয় ক্যানসার হয়। ক্যানসার মস্তিষ্কের মধ্যেও হয়। তখন চোখ বেড়িয়ে আসে, কখনও চোখ বুজে যায়। আবার অন্ধত্ব হয়ে যেতে পারে। শরীরের নিম্নাঙ্গ অবশ বা প্যারালাইসিস হয়ে যায়। সিটি স্ক্যান করে মস্তিষ্কের ক্যানসার নির্ধারন করা হয়।
মাথার ক্যানসারের লক্ষণ :
১। কখনও ব্যাথা থাকে কখনও থাকেনা ।
২। শরীরের নিম্নাংশের অবশ বা প্যারালাইসিস হইতে পারে ।
৩। চোখ বড় হয়ে যায়, বেড়িয়ে আসে কখনও অন্ধ হয়ে যেতে পারে ।
৪। Unconciousness, দাঁত করমর করা। বিছানার কাপড় টানা ইত্যাদি ।
৫। অসারে পায়খানা প্রস্রাব করা।
মাথার ক্যানসারের চিকিৎসা :-
ডাঃ কেন্টের রেপটরী মতে – এসে-এসি, আর্স- আয়ো, ক্যাল, আর্স, কার্ব-এনি, কার্ব-এসি, কষ্টি, ক্যালি-অয়োড, ক্রিয়োজোট, ল্যাকে, নাইটি-এসি, ফস, সাইলি, থুজা ।
নারের রেপটরী মতে :- এসে-এসি, আর্নি, আর্স, আর্স-আয়ো, আর্টিমি, ডাল, বেল, কার্ব-এনি, কার্বো-এসিড, ক্রোকাস, কষ্টিকাম, হাইড্রাস, কেলি-অয়োড, ক্রিয়োজোট, ল্যাকে, নাই- এসি, নাক্স, ফস, সাইলি, থুজা ।
নরম মস্তিষ্কের কনভালশন – কেলি ফস ।
ডাঃ লিলিয়েন্থালের মতে – এসে-এসি, আর্জ-নাই, অরাম, ফাইটো, পালস, থুজা ।
অপারেশণ এর পর কোন অংশ বা রেসিডুয়াল থাকলে- ম্যালাড্রিনাম, জ্যান্থোজাইলাম ফ্রাক্সিনাস ।
১) ক্যালকেরিয়া-কার্বনিকাম (Calcarea Carbonicum):- টিউমার বা বয়েল মাথার উপরের চামড়ায় যাহা পাকার ঝোক থাকে। (ক্লার্ক)
২) ক্যালকেরিয়া-ফরিকাম (Calcarea fluoricum) : – এই ঔষধ টি আরোগ্য করেছিল একটি শিশুর উরতি পরতি ক্রানিয়ামের টিউমার যেমন- সেফালোটোমা । ( কেন্ট)।
৩) কার্বো-এ্যানিম্যালিস (Carbo-Animalis):- টিউমার মাথার খুলি ভেদ করিতেছে উহা এই ঔষধে আরোগ্য স্বীকৃত। মস্তিষ্ক ঘুর্নন, উন্নতকর অবস্থায় বসা, উপশম একপাশে শোয়াইয়া দিলে। শীর্ষে অনুভূতি এরূপ যদি খুলি প্রহারে টুকরা টুকরা হয় অথবা উম্মুক্ত। স্কিরাস ক্যানসার কপালে (টি, এস-হনি) (লিলিয়েন্থাল)।
৪) ক্রোকাস-স্যাটাইভা (Crocus-Sativa) :- লিপোমা এবং এনসেফেলোমা খুলির। টিউমার পচন সহ অথবা নালী ঘা এবং কালো রক্তপাত, ঘন রক্তে তৈরী হয় লম্বা দড়ি । (ক্লার্ক)।
৫) কেলি-কার্বোনিকাম :- (Kali-Carbonicum) :- যন্ত্রনাদায়ক টিউমার মাথার উপরের চামরায়, অত্যাধিক যন্ত্রনা দায়ক, চাপে, গতিতে এবং উপমশ বাহিরের তাপে, সঙ্গে চুলকানি, চুলকানি মাথার হারে অত্যান্ত শুকনা চুল সহ । আঁচিলে (লিলিয়ে স্থাল) চুলকানি । ১) সাইলিসিয়া (Silicea) :- মাথার টিউমার এবং ফোরায় । (টি, এস, লায়ার)।
Example – (1) Mrs. Sandhu, 60 years of age had a hysterectomy due to uterine fibroids. Both the breasts were removed in a cancer hospital in America (where her doughter was working as cancer specialist) because of the secondaries in it. After conducting all tests and finding her fit in all rspects, she was sent back to India. After a few months of her arrival in India she fell unconscious and was hospitalised. The medical college authorities gave up hopes as the cancer spread to the brain. Xanthoxylum fraxineum 30 was prescribed on the basis of the symptom; “Dreams of flyng over the top of the roof of the house,” as narrated by her husband. The result was miraculous. With in two days, the patient was discharged from the hospital for she regained conciousness. Within a week she started walking and performing domestic duties. The next CT. Scan, after two months revealed “no lesion in the brain” cancer cause care & cure Book’s by D.r. J.B.D. Castro.
Example-(2) An interesting case of a girl of years of age. on 25/7/97 the RMO of our homeopathic hospital on duty recorded the case history as follows:-
A young girl named Yogita admitted with chief complaints of diplopia on looking downward and on lying down. The patient gave the P/H of sever headache with vometing due to which C.T. Scan was done, which revealed, ” Tubercular Meningitis.” It was later on confirmed to be a wrong diagnosis and proper diagnosis was made to be that of Brain tumour with Hydrocephalus. She was operated upon for brain tumour in the month of April, 94 and a shunt was inserted, followed by radiotherapy for one month.
The complaints presented by her were. Disappointed love. She was in love with a boy who died in an accident. Developed aversion to egg after operation. Lachrymation from the left eye. Dose every work in a hurry.
Though after trying many medicines she was discharged from the hospital after a period of well being with an advise to attend OPD. But to our dismay the C.T. scan report of 6/12/95 read.
Post operative status with shunt in situ. Residual? Recurrence of growth. She abruptly developed sever headache which would come up intermittently with vomiting and diplopia. She was
put on Bell-30, repeated doses, two hoursly. She steadily improved. Higher potency of Bellodonna followed by calc-Carb up to 10 m. stopped all her complaints. She grew in to a beautiful yourig girl.
